Intraoral photographs: High-resolution standardised images that document the colour, condition, and morphology of teeth and soft tissues at each visit.
Radiographs: Digital X-rays (bitewing, periapical, panoramic, CBCT) are stored with full metadata and can be compared with previous images to track changes in bone levels, root conditions, and restorations.
Periodontal records: Probing depth charts document gum health over time, allowing early identification of progressive periodontal disease.
